Try to sleep in an elevated posture with multiple pillows to avoid the problem of snoring. Wash and change your pillows frequently as the allergen in the pillows lead to the snoring issues.
The intake of dairy products increases the buildup of mucus in the throat. So try to avoid the intake of such products in or after the evening. The excess of mucus in the throat and nose makes snoring easy.
