Mustard Oil And Magnesium

Mustard oil is one of the beneficial home remedies for the treatment of edema. Take warm mustard oil in palms and massage it over the affected area gently.

Take two teaspoons of mustard seeds and soak them in water. Application of this solution over the affected area would be recommended. It is considered to be a complete solution for edema.

Magnesium is beneficial in the treatment of edema. Deficiency of magnesium has been found to be one of the causes related to edema. Consumption of three hundred fifty milligrams of magnesium on a daily basis is recommended.


Cucumber And Water

Cucumber is effective in treating the symptoms of edema. Consumption of fresh cucumber on a daily basis is recommended. This remedy would help in reducing the water retention. It also helps in eliminating the toxic materials out of the body which would be helpful in treating edema related symptoms.

Turmeric Powder

Paste can be prepared using turmeric powder in powdered form and red sandalwood powder in equal amount. Application of this paste over the affected area is recommended.


Tea Tree Oil And Flax Seeds

Boil the leaves and soak them for around five minutes. The leaves of this herb contain large amount of vitamins and minerals helpful for the patients. Consumption of two cups of dandelion herb on a daily basis is recommended.


Grape Fruit Extract

Grape fruit extract is effective in treating the symptoms of edema. It can be easily available in the health store. It can be taken in the form of herbal tea. It can also be consumed in the form of powder and capsules.

Coenzyme Q10 And Vitamin B6
