Eucalyptus OilÂ
One of the best remedies for pain is Eucalyptus oil. Take a little Eucalyptus oil and massage it over the affected area for few minutes. The idea is not to apply oil but to let it get into the skin with massage. Thus, add a little effort on rubbing the affected area with oil.
You can also use heating effect for easy penetration of oil. For this, dip a towel in hot water and twist it to drain all the water it soaked. The towel would now be a little wet and would have captured the heat of water.
