One can use a heating pad for providing heat to the affected neck. Application of heating pad for several minutes would be recommended. This remedy would help in the stimulation of flow of blood in the neck.
Doing exercise five times per session would be beneficial. Three sessions of exercise on a daily basis is recommended. It would provide relaxation and help in stretching the neck muscles. Meditation and yoga can also be performed by the patients. Aerobic exercise or walking can be helpful for the patients of neck pain.
Keeping this body posture throughout the day would be recommended. Keeping a good body posture would really help the affected neck.
Using warm water would help the patients of neck pain. Magnesium and sulphate present in the Epsom salt help in providing relaxation to the patients. Continue using this remedy several times would be helpful.
