Tomato juice is helpful for the patients suffering from hyperhidrosis. One glass of fresh and homemade tomato juice is beneficial. Continue consumption of this juice for at least one week is recommended. Using this remedy for several days after getting relief from the disease is beneficial.

Avoid consumption of foods that are rich in iodine. Beef, liver, asparagus, broccoli, turkey meat and white onion should be avoided as these foods can worsen the condition of patients suffering from hyperhidrosis.
Prepare a foot bath by adding one teaspoon of tea tree oil in two quarts water. Use the bath water for washing the feet. Using this remedy once per day is recommended. Those who are allergic to celery or thyme should avoid using tea tree oil.
Tannic acid is helpful for the patients as it has astringent properties. The acid acts as a natural antiperspirant and helps in reducing the symptoms of the disease.
Corn starch and baking soda can be applied over the affected areas. First clean the affected areas properly and apply the mixture. Keep as such for an hour and wash the affected areas with water. Essential oils can also be added to the mixture that would act as a deodorizer.
Continuing using this remedy for one week would help in providing relief from hyperhidrosis. It is also available in the form of supplement. Continuing using these supplements for about a month would be beneficial.
Exercise is helpful for the patients suffering from hyperhidrosis. The temperature of the body gets raised after doing exercise. It causes excessive sweating that helps the body to cool down. It also causes the sweat glands to work for overtime.
It is available in the form of capsules. Consuming hundred milligrams of schizandra three times per day is recommended. Pregnant women should avoid its consumption.
Walnut is beneficial for the patients suffering from hyperhidrosis. Walnut leaves are useful for the treatment of acne and aczema. Extract of walnut leaves can be used as foot bath one time per day. This remedy is helpful in preventing excessive sweat.
Roots of astragalus are helpful for the patients suffering from hyperhidrosis. Extract prepared from astragalus root can be boiled and brewed to prepare an herbal tea. Another method is to slice the root and add it into soups. Those suffering from skin diseases should not use it.
