It is available in the form of tincture and can be consumed as ten to fifteen drops of the tincture for two to three times in a day.
It can be consumed in the form of capsule. It is helpful in restoring the natural balance of body. Consuming two capsules of acidophilus during the morning time is also beneficial. Wormwood is a medicinal herb which is available in the form of capsule. Consuming this capsule is effective in fighting against Candida. It acts as a digestive tonic and can be consumed as three capsules for two times in a day.
Add a drop of this oil in toothpaste and use it for brushing. Gently brush the tongue as well. Clove oil can be diluted using carrier oil. One can use coconut oil as the carrier oil.
Avoid using soap with water as it may cause irritation in the skin. Wash the infected area with water only. Similar to soaps, one should also not use shower gels. Avoid consuming foods that contain sugar. Also, avoid eating white bread, white sugar feed yeast and wheat.
Using 3 percent solution of hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash is one of natural remedies for the treatment of thrush. Brushing teeth for at least two times in a day is useful for the patients suffering from thrush. One should frequently replace the toothbrush.
