Four millilitres of this herb in the form of tincture can be taken for three times per day. Five hundred milligrams of this herb in the form of capsule for three times in a day is effective.
Consuming hundred milligrams of this herb for three times in a day is very beneficial. The herb is useful in detoxification of blood. Prepare a mixture by using half teaspoon each of goldenseal root and pau d’arco tincture.
Add eight drops each of tea tree oil and chamomile oil in two ounces of comfrey skin salve. It can be applied over the infected area for two times in a day.
Tea prepared from red clover is also beneficial. Consuming one cup of this herbal tea for three times in a day is also an effective method for treating dermatitis.
Oil form of St. John’s wort is useful in reducing inflammation and blisters. The oil can be applied over the infected area.
