A heart condition which is accompanied by pain in the chest and discomfort is known as angina pain. Coronary artery disease is the main cause of angina pain. Other than this anxiety and depression can also lead to angina pain.

There are two types of angina pain, among which stable angina pain is the most common one and it occurs due to overexertion. Unstable angina pain is the other type and is a more serious one. Chest pain, shoulder pain, neck pain along with sweating, problem while breathing, indigestion and weakness are some of the symptoms of angina pain. Herbs For Angina Pain

Turmeric

Add turmeric to potatoes, chicken and other foods and thus include it in your every day diet. You can also add 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder to a glass of water, boil it, let it cool and come down to room temperature and then have it.

Have it 2-3 times every day. You can also add turmeric to a cup of herbal tea and then drink it. You can also take some turmeric along with finely crushed black pepper at least 2 times every day.


Camellia Sinensis

Boil a cup of water for at last 10 minues. Now take some leaves of Camellia sinensis and add it to the cup of water. Heat it well for some time and then let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

After that strain it properly and drink it. Have 2 cups of this herbal tea every day as this is a very effective herbal remedy to get rid of angina pain very fast.


Cayenne Pepper

Take some cayenne pepper and add it to some food that you have every day. You can take some cayenne pepper and put them in a cup of water and mix them well. Then have 2-3 cups of this solution every day.

Having some blackstrap molasses along with cayenne pepper and vinegar at least once every day is also a great way to get rid of angina pain.


Garlic

You should include garlic in your every day diet, by taking raw garlic cloves or garlic juice. Have 3-4 raw garlic cloves every day in your lunch and dinner. Take some raw garlic in a blender and blend it well.

Then take out the juice and pour it in a glass and drink it. Have 1 glass of garlic juice every day. Garlic reduces the cholesterol level and thus helps to get rid of angina pain.


Parsley

Take a cup of water and heat it. Then add some parsley leaves to the cup of boiling water and again heat it for some time. After that let it steep for at least 10 minutes and then strain it properly.

Then drink this tea. Have this tea of parsley every day at least 2-3 times as this herb is very effective in treating angina pain.

So getting rid of angina pain is not that difficult and by using the above mentioned herbs you can easily get good results within a very short time.
