An appetite is defined as a desire to eat. You can have a poor appetite or loss of appetite. Poor appetite can be due to chronic diseases and side effects of some medications. Pain in the abdomen, indigestion, diarrhea are some of the symptoms of poor appetite.

Dandelions
It can be included in your daily diet by adding the leaves to your every day food. You can also crush the leaves into fine powder and then have 1-2 teaspoons of this along with a cup of water 2-3 times every day.
Take the roots of the dried herb, cut them into small pieces and then put the pieces in a cup of water. Then heat it, let it steep for 15 minutes and then strain it. Have at least 2-3 cups of this herbal tea every day for good results.
Ginger
Take a fresh ginger, peel it, slice it well and then have it every day. You can also take a small ginger root, peel the skin, and cut the root into small pieces. Then place these pieces in a small cup of boiling water and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
Then strain it and drink it. You should have 2-3 cups of this ginger tea every day as it is very effective in increasing appetite.
Peppermint
Take some dried peppermint leaves and crush them into fine powder. Then add some powder to a cup of water and then have the solution. Have 1-2 teaspoons of this solution every day 2-3 times. You can also make a herbal tea with peppermint and have it.
Add the dried mint leaves to a cup of water, heat it, allow it to steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain it and have it. Have at least 2 cups every day as peppermint will increase your appetite.
Thyme
Use thyme oil in your and add to your daily cooking. The best way to use thyme to stimulate your appetite is by having a herbal tea of thyme. Take the dried herb in a cup of warm water.
Heat it well and then let it boil. Then allow it to steep for 15 minutes and then strain it. Have 2-3 cups of thyme tea every day.
Parsley
Take a cup of water and heat it. Then add some parsley leaves to the cup of boiling water and again heat it for some time. After that let it steep for at least 10 minutes and then strain it properly.
Then drink this tea. Have this tea of parsley every day at least 2-3 times as this herb is very effective in stimulating your appetite.So stimulating appetite is not that difficult and by using the above mentioned herbs you can easily get good results within a very short time.
