You can consume chamomile in the form of capsules or tea. In addition, you can even choose to apply this herb in the form of essential oil on your breasts to reduce the pain. If you have acute breast pain, then you may consider drinking a cup of chamomile herbal tea on an interval of 4-8 hours till the pain subsides completely.


Chasteberry

Chasteberry is also an important herb, which is considered effective in reducing breast pain. In addition, it can also ease problems related to menopause, PMS and uterine fibroids. This herb helps balance female hormones, thereby reducing related discomfort.

Gingko is yet another effective herb for treating breast pain. This herb is most common in Korea, China and Japan but due to its health benefits, it is consumed by people all over the world. It dilates the blood vessels, which helps increase the blood circulation. This also helps prevent swelling of the breasts.
