Boil a cup of water, then add few drops of eucalyptus oil. Mix them well, place the cup in front of you, cover your head and the cup with a towel and then inhale the vapour coming from the solution in the cup.

Do this every day 2-3 times. You can also add the dried mint leaves to a cup of water and then boil it. After that let it steep for at least 10 minutes, then strain it properly and drink it. Have 2 cups of this herbal tea every day or inhale the vapor coming out from the tea.
