A hot foot bath is a relaxing and soothing way to promote blood circulation to your feet. Take one tub filled with warm water and the other one filled with cold water. Sit back and relax. Immerse your feet in cold water for a minute or two and then immerse your feet again in the tub filled with warm water for another two minutes. Continue the same for around 10-15minutes. Pat dry the feet. This remedy helps improve blood circulation to your feet and for best results, you may add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.[1]
Rosemary oil when applied externally helps enhance warmth and promote blood circulation. Hence, it is considered as a great remedy for cold feet. Ginger footbath works great for chronically cold feet. All you have to do is add one or two teaspoons of freshly shredded ginger or add 5drops of ginger essential oil to a tub filled with warm water.
