Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omega 3 fatty acids are helpful in the treatment of baldness. Omega 3 fatty acids can be obtained from flaxseed and salmon. Consumption of salmon two to three times on a weekly basis is recommended.

Similarly, flaxseeds can also be used for treating baldness. Take some flaxseeds and grind them properly. Take two teaspoons of flaxseeds and sprinkle them over the salads. Using this remedy on a daily basis is recommended.


Green Tea

Green tea has beneficial properties helpful for the treatment of baldness. To prepare the tea, take two tea bags and soak them in one cup of water.

The warm green tea can be applied over the scalp. Keep it as such for about an hour and wash afterwards. It contains antioxidants that are helpful for boosting up the growth of hair.


Primrose Oil & Black Currant Oil

Primrose oil is beneficial for the treatment of baldness. It can be consumed in the form of capsules. Consumption of five hundred milligrams of evening primrose oil two times per day is recommended. It can also be used in the form of soft gels.

Similarly, black currant oil is also helpful for the patients suffering from baldness. It is available in the form of soft gels and capsules. Taking five hundred milligrams of black currant oil capsules is recommended two times per day.


Garlic, Onion And Ginger

Garlic is helpful in the treatment of baldness. Juice prepared from garlic can be used for the treatment. Take this juice and rub it over the scalp. Keep as such for the whole night and wash it during the morning time.

Juices extracted from ginger as well as onion also have the same healing properties like garlic juice. Ginger juice and onion juice each can be used for rubbing the scalp.


Essential Oils

Oils are considered to be one of the most effective natural remedies for not only treating baldness but other hair related problems as well. These oils include canola oil, olive oil and coconut oil.

The oils can be used in the form of massage. First heat the oil until it gets warm. Massaging the oil gently over the scalp would be helpful. Keep as such for around one hour and then wash the hair properly using shampoo. Other oils like almond oil, lavender oil etc. can also be used as head message. Massaging these oils help in stimulating circulation as well.
