Water, a neutral component has the capacity to dilute the acids. You can also add a pinch of salt in water, as salt will increase the alkaline nature, thus neutralizing acids.

Fennel Seeds To Overcome Discomfort

Fennel seeds have alkaline properties, which helps in overcoming the discomfort caused by acid refluxes. You can have it by making a paste using fennel seed and mixing it with water. You can also add the seeds to the boiling water and make an extract out of it. Acid refluxes should be taken easily, as this is the initial stage of many complications.
