Hair is completely made of long chains of amino acids. Only if you intake sufficient amount of protein, the hair will also receive its share of nourishment. Hair fall may even happen due to malnourishment. So, to nourish the hair directly, you can get the help of egg.

Eggs have a rich content of protein, which when applied on hair, helps in nourishing and strengthening it. Though it may be smelly, you can completely wash it off with a mild shampoo after some 20 minutes of applying it.

Fenugreek To Protect From Variant Temperature

The body temperature may always not be same and it may vary at time depending on the place and climate. This change in temperature may also increase hair fall. Especially, if the body gets heated up, then there is more possibility of hair loss too.

That is why there is more hair loss problems when one suffer from fever. So, to overcome this problem, you can apply the paste of fenugreek once in a week, and bring down the body temperature. You can also mix it with curd before applying.

Amla is universally known for its benefits in arresting hair fall. That is why it is found as an ingredient in a number of shampoos and other hair care products. Amla can reduce the temperature of the body and also is highly rich in protein. So, when you apply the powdered amla paste and wash it off after some time, it completely arrests hair fall.

Hibiscus For Healthy Hair

Hibiscus is one of the easily available flowers, which is recommended for healthy hair. You can dry and grind the flowers and the paste can then be applied on the scalp and hair. This is found to be a highly effective hair fall controller.

The root cause for hair loss problems may vary. In some cases it may be temporary, whereas in other case it may be never-ending. So, finding the root cause is important to find the cure too. Also, healthy diet will ensure stronger hair too.
