Take Care Of Your Nasal Passages

If you are the one who is in convalescent stage or suffering from runny nose, flu, cold, you must take extra care to prevent the postnasal drip from entering your throat.

As a precautionary measure, you can use decongestants to clear your nasal passages and stop the flow and also use nasal spray as effectively as the decongestants. The best you can do to ensure trouble-free sleep is  set a humidifier in your bedroom.

Drink Hot Tea

The effect of drinking hot tea is quite similar to treating your affected region of the throat with warm compresses, and therefore you can use it to have similar benefits, especially when you avoid gargling and rinsing your mouth regularly. Prepare an effective mixture of hot tea by adding a teaspoonful of green tea or black tea to a cup of boiling water and add a pinch of ginger to enhance its potential and aroma, and then add honey. Drink it when it is hot.
