To use this remedy, take a bucket containing hot water and dip the feet in it. Apply a hot towel to the head and then cold towel afterwards. Application of these compresses for two to three minutes four times would be recommended. Continue using this remedy two times on a daily basis.

8. Valerian & Brahmi Booti

Valerian herb is beneficial for the patients suffering from epilepsy. It also helps in improving the functioning of nervous system. It can be used in the form of infusion.

Take fifteen grams of valerian herb and add it in two hundred and fifty millilitres of boiled water. This infusion has been found to be effective in treating epilepsy. Consumption of small amount of this infusion three times on a daily basis is recommended.

Brahmi boot is helpful in treating epilepsy. Consumption of half teaspoon of the juice prepared from this herb along with honey three times on a daily basis is recommended.
