Lemon

Lemon is very helpful and provide immediate relief from stomach ache. Take a glass of water and squeeze one lemon in it. Add some honey or sugar in this water. Sip it slowly and repeat it desired. Lemon will help in removing gas and will provide relief from stomach ache. Honey is very soothing for us and it will naturally help in colon cleansing.


Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is very good during stomach ache. Chamomile tea is easily available at grocery stores. You can brew a cup of hot chamomile tea and add a spoon of lemon in it.

Lemon will add flavour to tea and it is also a tummy soother. It is the best herbal tea that calm the nerves and provide relief.


Ginger

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that also provide many health benefits to us. During stomach ache, ginger tea is the best thing to drink. You can prepare tea by grating some fresh ginger in it or you can also buy the ginger tea.

Another way you can intake ginger is to boil it in a glass of water. Let this water cool down and drink it. This will provide immediate relief from stomach ache.


Soda Water

If your stomach ache is due to acidity, then soda water will help a lot. Drink a glass of soda water, this will provide instant relief. Soda water will remove acids and make you feel water. You can add lemon juice in it to enhance its properties.


Yogurt

Yogurt is rich in good bacteria and it provides relief from hot flashes in stomach. One of the reason for stomach is the deficiency of good bacteria that are present in yogurt.

During stomach ache, eat a cup of yogurt and repeat it after an hour again if desired. This is the best home remedy for stomach ache. Yogurt can also be given to the children as it is very good for them as well.


Peppermint

Peppermint has cooling properties that will help in providing relief to stomach muscles. Try out peppermint tea during pain. It will provide immediate relief from stomach ache and also provide relief. If you don’t like tea, you can also chew some mint leaves or peppermint candies will also work equally. Peppermint is easily available and it is a very good home remedies. Peppermint is also safe for the kids.


Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is an antiseptic and a natural cleanser. It is very good for our body and helps fight against many problems and stomach ache is one of them.

Just add one spoon of it in a glass of water and drink it before your meal. This will provide relief from stomach ache and also helps in removing toxins.
