Another method is to soak a piece of cloth in apple cider vinegar solution. Place the cloth over the affected area and keep it for fifteen minutes.
Mix one cup of apple cider vinegar into three cups of water and dip affected feet into it to get relief from gout. Apple cider vinegar is helpful in purifying blood and regulating its circulation. It is also useful in preventing infections caused by bacteria. It reduces inflammation and swelling. Use apple cider vinegar in the raw form which is more beneficial for treating gout.
Berries

Add two to four grams of chicory in the dried form in boiled water. Add dandelion root in equal amount and one teaspoon of cinnamon to make it tasty. Consuming in the morning would be helpful in the treatment of gout and in reducing constipation.
Centaury
It can be consumed in the form of tea which is useful in curing heartburn. Consume it for 3-4 times in a day before taking meals. It stimulates digestive secretions.
Costmary
Mix costmary with olive oil and soak for four days. Apply on the affected area to get relief from pain associated with gout. Safflower can also be used instead of olive oil. Costmary tea is also helpful in treating gout. Add one teaspoonful of dried leaves of costmary in one cup of boiling water and soak for two minutes. It helps in improving digestion. It can also be consumed by adding in the food.
Chamomile
Tea prepared from chamomile is beneficial for the treatment of gout. Flowers of chamomile can be used for making the tea. It has anti-inflammatory properties and also helps in preventing the formation of uric acid. Chamomile tea can be consumed in the evening and helps in digesting proteins.
